Jungle safari
No refund will be given if jungle safari is canceled or change day.
no refund in last 3 days
If you cancel on the last day, you will have to pay the full amount

Check in check out
check in will be at 12 noon
You will have to check out at 11 am, you will have to pay additional charges for being late.
You will have to pay additional charges for early checking.
Just has to pay compensation for damage to any company property

If the service is canceled due to any natural disaster or epidemic or riots, the company will not give any refund.

Complaint despute resolution
Customer will get 23*7 support for any issue or complaint.
If the matter is disputed then it can be resolved internally.
otherwise it will be dealt with as per law
